[edit] Understanding notability

Notability is pretty straight forward. For a company, it needs one of the following:

  • subject of multiple, non-trivial, independent published works
  • listed in the ranking indices like Fortune 500 or the S&P 500.
  • company's share price is used to calculate stock price indices.

I'm guessing that only #1 could possibly apply to Lab X Records. If that's the case, then those articles need to be included as sources in the article on Lab X Records.

Organizations need one of the following:

  • subject of multiple, non-trivial, independent published works
  • English men's football club

Since Lab X Records is not a football team, it again has to meet # 1. Natalie 16:08, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
