[edit] February 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, J-unit, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Gwernol 07:30, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you create an inappropriate page, such as J-unit, you will be blocked from editing. Gwernol 08:08, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Wikipedia is a serious encyclopedia, not a list of groups of friends. If "J-unit" has been covered in independent, published sources which you can cite in the article to show it is notable then you can have an article about it. Otherwise, repeatedly recreating the article is vandalism and will result in you being blocked from editing. Thanks, Gwernol 08:18, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
As I noted above, you need to show that "J-Unit" itself is notable. Unless you can cite multiple independent, published sources about J-Unit, it isn't notable enough to warrant an article on Wikipedia. There are many free web hosts and blogs where you can write about you and your friends as much as you like. Wikipedia has some basic rules about the content that is included here, and your article on J-Unit does not (so far) give any reason to believe that J-Unit meets those requirements. Thanks, Gwernol 08:28, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Yea, Well im sorry I though Wikipedia was a Free Encyclopedia trying to cover as many useful/intresting topics that it can.

It is, but please understand that "encyclopedia" has a distinct meaning - it is a publication that summarizes information that has been reported elsewhere. We have specific criteria to determine what is "useful/interesting" which I pointed you to: WP:N. So we are exactly what you describe. Gwernol 08:36, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

I really don't see how you 'know' what people think is interesting or not, because you don't! Just go "Unstub" this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Q40 and let me inform people about J-Unit. Also I will not be replying to any of your mesages till tomorrow because I am occupied. Hopefully we can compromise or settle on something then - Thank you!
