[edit] Order of interwikilinks
For your information the order of the interwikilinks on the nl:wikipedia is in alphabetical order. Could you please leave it that way? We do not follow the en: wikipedia order. Waerth 03:16, 13 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Elk Lakes Provincial Park
Thanks for making that move and correction. A typo on my part, but after creating 600 stubs for all the BC provincial parks, I guess a few mistakes were going to slip through. Thanks for catching it and correcting it. --Dogbreathcanada 23:53, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Flat Fee MLS
You made an edit on 'Fixed fee MLS' earlier this year. That article has just been merged into Flat fee MLS. The new combined article is still a little rough, and could definitely use another pair of eyes to go through it and improve it. Thus, this invitation. Cheers, N2e 03:51, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Transport vs Transporation
Hey, thanks for pointing out which WikiProject to refer to. I've updated the articles in Category:Pages needing expert attention from Transportation experts and moved them to Category:Pages needing expert attention from Transport experts. Cheers! --Brad Beattie (talk) 14:03, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you very much! I was just trying to find out how to do this when it magically happened. :-) -- Robert Weemeyer 14:04, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
Heh. The information you might be looking for was at WP:WERS. Thanks for helping out with the expert sorting! --Brad Beattie (talk) 14:07, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

- Just FYI, I reverted your edit. If every expert request category was at the top level, that page would get very, very messy. --Brad Beattie (talk) 14:16, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] List_of_religious_leaders_in_1203
I'm going to remove the prod. It's not that it's a good page... but, why would you remove it? We have a precedent for such pages. List of religious leaders in 190, etc. Just because 1203 isn't filled out doesn't mean it should be deleted. If you want to take the effort to put it on AfD... you can... but, it's just a list that should be here per precedent although it does need more information on it. gren グレン 00:00, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] List of plane crashes with multiple survivors
A tag has been placed on List of plane crashes with multiple survivors, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Springnuts 14:33, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] List of plane crashes with multiple survivors
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for writing this article. Unfortunately it doesn't conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new articles. However, please do not be disheartened by what may happen to your first article, if indeed it is deleted. Please continue to edit Wikipedia and add articles which conform with the inclusion criteria. For help, see Help:Contents. To find out what will probably be deleted, see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. Thanks, and if you have any questions, please ask them on my user talk page. To do this, click on my name (just after this sentence) and click discussion at the top and then the (+) button at the top. —Pilotguy (ptt) 18:24, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Chili Township, Hancock County, Illinois
I was wondering about your reason for moving Chili Township, Hancock County, Illinois to Chili Township, Illinois... The original article name follows the generally-accepted practice when it comes to Illinois township article titles. Township names often appear in more than one county in a given state, so for consistency, all of the townships in Illinois have been named in the same way: Township, County, State. Omnedon (talk) 18:56, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
- According to Wikipedia:Naming conventions (city names)#United States, only places "that need additional disambiguation include their county". That's why I moved the article. It seems that there is only one Chili Township in Illinois. -- Robert Weemeyer (talk) 21:41, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
-
- Well, that naming convention applies to settlements like cities and towns; but while there are relatively few cases where a single town name is used for multiple towns within the same state, there are many cases where a township name is used more than once within a state. Then, too, a township's identity is tied directly to the parent county in a way that doesn't apply to cities and towns -- townships, in Illinois counties where they are used, make up those counties. That's why, for consistency, every Illinois township article is named in the form "Township, County, State". Omnedon (talk) 05:38, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
