               DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ACHIEVED;

• I transformed the strategic & business plans into annual activities for the branch & provided a lead in ensuring overall branch performance- (growth of quality portfolio, efficient productivity and profitability). I continuously monitored changes in all the competitive conditions and determined appropriate responses that ensured organisational survival. • I supported and facilitated my branch staff. Managed all matters concerning public relations and Branch level human resource planning within the limits of authorisation and efficiently managed the service delivery process. I also resolved all branch level administrative and financial problems as they arose. • I supervised and motivated branch staff, managed branch assets and equipment to achieve maximum output thus creating 120 new credit associations with 2,400 additional clients within 4 months. I and my team overshot all our targets.
