Robert David Borgersen (b. November 6, 1982) is a full time graduate student at the University of Manitoba in the department of Mathematics, under the supervision of Dr. David Gunderson.

Robert was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and has lived there most of his life. The only exception was summer 2003, during which he lived in Calgary while working for Shell Canada Ltd. His parents, David Borgersen and Edna May Johnson were both born in, and lived their lives in Manitoba as well. In September 2005, Robert married Kaydi-Ann Tamara Morgan. They currently reside in Winnipeg.

[edit] What I'm Doing Now

[edit] Research

My primary area of research is Combinatorics, with interests specifically in Graph Ramsey theory/Ramsey theory, and traditional Graph theory. I enjoy anything Computational, and algorithmic problems.

I also have had some research experience in (finite and infinite) Matching Theory, elementary Lattice Theory and elementary Computational number theory.

[edit] Personal

I recently married the love of my life, Kaydi-Ann Morgan, on September 3rd, 2005 at St. John's College on the University of Manitoba campus. We are now (as of November 2006) happily 14 months married.
