During my time here at Wikipedia, I hope to contribute a significant amount. I believe I'll be especially useful in contributing information regarding anything to do with the state and culture of Louisiana, The South, music [especially if little information exists about Russian music for English speakers], the War Between the States, Hurricane Katrina [I have first-hand experience], and New Orleans culture.

I'm always up to date with what's going on in the tropics during hurricane season, so I'll definitely be working on keeping the tropical cyclone portal and all related hurricane information pages updated.

I, user Robbiesqp, was born on February 10, 1989 and joined Wikipedia on Wednesday, February 22, 2006. My real name is Robert, but I go by Robbie. I attend Northshore High School here in Slidell, Louisiana. My interests include sports, foreign language, the War Between the States, meteorology, and music. There is no specific explanation for the two letters "qp" at the end of my user name.
