I don't believe this article meets the criteria for speedy deletion, as the association of the article subject with a notable computer security site is at least a claim to notability.
As such, if someone has doubts about the article notability, it should go to full AfD.
Further, per the above, I don't believe this to be speedyable as recreation of deleted content since this was an article about a potentially notable individual which was technically deleted out-of-process (though in good faith).

[edit] Notability, cleanup, COI
User:Raistolo obviously believes Peatoni is notable, and I'm inclined to believe him.
However, this article is at best WP:NPF, and should be confined to the specific things that make the subject notable --- those apparently being:
- Presenting at DEF CON and Blue Hat
- Getting arrested (heh)
- Founding Zone-H
Things I would like to see this article being careful about:
- Not using a bio of marginal notability to promote things like webcomics
- Not including superfluous details about the subject's life, family, etc
- Not using the article as a beachhead to add unneeded content about things like Zone-H
I also note that the IP editor in the edit history is probably the subject himself, and caution that I'm going to be pretty ruthless about striking WP:COI edits.
Hopefully I helped clean this up a bit. Sorry if I didn't. Happy to hear comments.
