[edit] Robert Vaughn
You don't get a Masters Degree from a "city" college. Perhaps an oversite, but maybe it came from a higher university? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.229.36.61 (talk) 15:04, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
Under his film credits, didn't he also star in the made for tv movie, "History of the Third Reich" with Stephen Collins, John Gielgud, Blythe Danner, etc.?
[edit] PhD
he has a PhD, shouldn't that be mentioned? TruthCrusader 16:11, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
Isn't the first few lines of this article slightly opinion based? Some areas of the world have seen the magnificent seven, but not the man from U.N.C.L.E!
I'm wondering about what it says that his parents are Roman Catholic. As far as I know, he is partly of Welsh descent and as we know Welshmen aren't Catholics, well not usually anyway. And Vaughn is a Welsh name I believe, so it must be his mother that's Irish. Still, it is no rare thing that a man adopts his wife's religion, like for instance Jake Gyllenhaal's father, he was born a Swedish Protestant but converted to Judeism, his wife's religion.
[edit] Lawyers ads
Have removed this info as it was out of keeping with encyclopedic style Paul210 20:19, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
Have removed this yet again. Would the person who keeps re-adding it please explain how such information merits inclusion Paul210 13:25, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
- Any discussion of Robert Vaughn's career should include his being a spokesperson for lawyers in television commercials. An example of this is on youtube. This has been a vital part of his career for over 10 years. Not to include this is to leave out information on his professional career path and ignore a vital part. To include one shot guest appearances on television shows or uncredited appearances in films and yet leave out his myriad appearances on television commercials as a spokesman for over ten years, is not fully reflective of his professional career User:Lexie1111 14 August 2007
- I agree that it's his current profession and therefore IS of note. What is NOT of note, however, is detailed information, down to the derivation of their names, of his pets. I'd advise removing THAT from the article -- it's neither newsworthy, encyclopedic, or even remotely important. Softlavender (talk) 07:58, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

- I remember seeing an ad for another law firm using the "HurtLine" tag, so I'm thinking that's more a franchise thing that Kalfus & Nachman are part of vis-a-vis Vaughn actually doing an ad for one specific law firm. WAVY 10 Fan (talk) 19:36, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] October 2007
I have removed the poor quality drawing yet again. The quality of it is dreadful and completley inappropriate for the article. Paul210 15:36, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
I have used the GIMP to darken the picture. The result is now at least visible and recognisably Vaughn. The fact that the picture kept being added, at least shows a desire for an illustration. Perhaps this will be acceptable until a decent free-license photograph comes along. --Simon Speed 23:49, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
The drawing is simply of poor quality even with the darkening. It is mosat unflattering and I have removed it yet again.Paul210 11:24, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
I have removed the recently added 'Books' section mainly as it was such an obvious 'cut and paste' job and appeared in disjointed layout.Paul210 16:35, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
