I nominated the article for deletion because I cannot find any information on him via Google and there is no biographical information in the article. If you can expand the article, please do so. However, as it currently stands, the article states Rattray's name and lists his work. That does not assert notability. — BrotherFlounder (aka DiegoTehMexican) 18:17, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
