Article is about facts not emotion. Robert could get physical with Jennifer or others during disputes or even without any dispute. If you have a problem with that, take it outside with him if and when he gets out.

Robert tried to talk to Jennifer about Katelyn’s custody at Wawa. Moral people discuss things. Jennifer was being anti-social, ran away and tried to hide in her car. Her conscience must have bothered her. Robert pulled her from the car and she got scraped up. Neither Jennifer nor anyone else has ever pursued an assault charge against Robert. The next day after Robert’s arrest, Jennifer was sitting on his lap, with her arms around his next. Isolated facts need to be put in context.

Robert tried to return Katelyn to Jennifer eight times. Four of the times he brought his girlfriend Michelle Lupi, so that Jennifer would not think that he was up to something. Jennifer’s father and brother were home, but she would not send them to take Katelyn. Robert was tired and just wanted to return Katelyn. What is he supposed to do, come back a hundred times? Jennifer wanted to avoid any emotional contact with Robert, but that is difficult to do when you both share a child. --Danras 05:00, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
