I was rearranging some stuff. Someone inserted a part about desegregation and made it sound like the Goldwater-Nichols act of 1986 desegregated the Army. I left out a sentence that implied that he was being considered for a supreme court vacancy. If someone has a citation for that, I would be fine with that.
