Maybe I'm missing something here, but I don't think that this article makes it totally clear whether this man was killed during the action during which he earned the Medal of Honor. I mean, it would seem so, since his father was the one asked to accept on his behalf, but it's really not clear otherwise. Could someone rework this and make it clear?
