Not sure this subject is significant as shown. Of the three links listed at the bottom, one mentions him in passing and the other two don't mention him at all. He's a prosecutor at Gitmo, famous for nothing but being the replacement of a possibly corrupt fellow lawyer. This is certainly information that could be merged with the overall article on the Guantanamo military commissions. Kafziel 05:17, 10 January 2006 (UTC)

The Bush administration is trying to conduct these proceeding -- they are not real trials -- in as much secrecy as possible. These proceedings are possibly unconstitutional, and illegal, and will bring great shame on the USA. Do you really want to reward the Bush administration for the effectiveness of its disinformation campaign?
The article is a stub -- that means no one is claiming that it is complete, and summarizes all aspects of Swann's story.
