Talk:Robert Croft
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I've taken out the reference to Croft being run out on 10th August 2006 for failing to run his bat in. This is not so unusual an occurence in cricket and not note-worthy enough to merit a mention in the article, it is just one minor incident in a long career. Jules1975 16:23, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Nationality
I've reverted his infobox to say "English". I know full well that he's Welsh, of course, but cricketing nationalities aren't the same as ordinary ones (see West Indies, for example) and he represented England at the highest level. In any case, at Test level (which is what matters as it's the highest standard Croft has played at) England incorporates Wales (hence England and Wales Cricket Board).
