Following email discussion with Robert, and discussion on Wikipedia talk:Copyright problems, we need to remove all photos by Robert. Originally he was happy for images to be used on wikipedia, heowever this meant that they would need to be released under {{cc-by-sa}} which is too permisive for him. It may be possible to include some photos under fair use here, provided there is some commentary.
