Robinson Road (traditional Chinese: 羅便臣道; simplified Chinese: 罗便臣道; pinyin: Luóbiànchén Dào; Cantonese Yale: lo4 bin6 san4 dou6) is a 2-lane, bi-direction road on the Mid-levels, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. In the east it is connected with the Magazine Gap Road and Garden Road, and in the west with Babington Road and Park Road, Robinson Road is quite long. With Central-Mid-Levels escalator( the longest escalator system in the world), it also connects with Conduit Road. It was named after the fifth Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Hercules Robinson. Residents of Mid-Llevels are considered very wealthy.
Famous residents include actor/singer/entrepreneur Edison Chen, actress Bernice Liu and many others. Parts of the walls in Robinson Road have been recently declared as protected monuments. These walls are very old with thick roots embedded in them.
Nathan Road in Kowloon was, until 1907, also called Robinson Road.
