Robin Sowden-Taylor (born 9 June 1982) is a Welsh International rugby player. He is currently with Cardiff Blues. He usually plays as a flanker. He has also played for the Welsh national team. He played his club rugby at Pentyrch RFC before playing at a higher standard.
