Robin Jones Gunn is a Christian author of several series aimed at teen girls as well as Christian fiction for older women and a few non-fiction books. She is perhaps best known for her debut The Christy Miller series, and its two companions, The Sierra Jensen Series and Christy and Todd: the College Years. In addition, Robin has announced a new series (slated to be a trilogy) about Katie Weldon, Christy's best friend. The first book starts after Todd and Christy's wedding, and is called Peculiar Treasures.
In addition to the teen fiction, Robin is known for her women's Christian romance series Glenbrooke and Sisterchicks. In 2007, Robin received the Christy Award for her novel Sisterchicks in Gondolas [1].

Born in Wisconsin, Robin moved to California at age 5 [2]. She and her husband Ross have been married for over 30 years. They have two grown children and currently live near Portland, Oregon [3].
