Robin Goodridge (born Robin James Goodridge, 10 September 1966, Crawley, West Sussex) is an English drummer. He is best known for playing percussion in the rock band Bush. In the U.S., he is viewed as a popular and well-regarded rock drummer, having played to massive crowds in stadia across the country.
Goodridge grew up in West Sussex during the 1980s. Reports suggest he also lived in Horsham. After Bush split, Goodridge joined the London based rockers, Elyss, in 2004. The band were recording in the U.S., although their debut album is yet to be released.
Goodridge is now a full-time drummer for British rock band Spear of Destiny. His first appearance with said band was during the December 2006 UK "Re-animation" tour. Since then, his drumming has been recorded for the band's latest studio album Imperial Prototype, and Goodridge has also participated in two further UK tours to promote the album since its release in November 2007. On June 11th 2008, it was reported on the Stone Gods offical webiste that Goodridge will be filling in for drummer Ed Graham for their UK Tour. It was reported that Graham was in an 'emergency health state', so the band decided Goodridge was the right man for the job.
