Roberto Robaina González (March 18, 1956 in Pinar del Río, Cuba) was the Foreign Minister of Cuba from 1993 until 1999. He was previously the head of the Unión de Jóvenes Comunistas (Union of Young Communists). He was expelled from the Communist Party of Cuba in 2002. He was succeeded as Foreign Minister by Felipe Pérez Roque. He is now a painter.
