Roberto Alcântara Ballesteros (born 25 June 1977 in Osasco) is a Brazilian footballer. He plays for Leixões.
He joined F.C. Penafiel on 29 April 2003.[1]
He is the runner-up goal scorer (20 goals) of Liga de Honra 2003-04 season, which helped Penafiel finished third place to won promotion. He only scored 12 goals in two Portuguese Liga seasons, before he went back to Liga de Honra for Leixões in the summer of 2006. That year, he scored 17 goals for Leixões and won promotion with club again.
