Robert X. Browning

Robert X. Browning is a professor at Purdue University and head of the C-SPAN archives in West Lafayette, IN. He earned his B.S. from Marquette University in 1972, his M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1977, his M.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1978, and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1981.
In 1987, Browning became the Director of Public Affairs Video Archives of C-SPAN, and in 1998, he became the Director of the entire C-SPAN archives.
