Robert Nalo

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Robert Nalo, an American born of Iraqi roots from Detroit, Michigan, was an expert "stick-up artist" who worked with mobster Henry Hill from 1975–1982.

Nalo helped rob Estee Lauder in the 1970s of several million dollars in jewelery, which was later fenced by Hill. Nalo was later arrested in 1982 with the rest of Henry Hill's crew. He was imprisoned for his involvement in the robbery ring and in drug trafficking.

He is the brother of jewel thief Samuel Nalo. Like his more successful brother, he was considered an excellent burglar and heist man. His current whereabouts are unknown.
