Robert Meyrowitz

Robert "Bob" Meyrowitz was the creator of the radio program the King Biscuit Flower Hour. In the late 1980's he started Semaphore Entertainment Group, which was one of the first groups to develop content for Pay Per View. In 1993 he co-created the Ultimate Fighting Championship[1]. In 1999, Meyrowitz created Eyada.com[2], the first internet radio station.

In January 2008, Meyrowitz announced the formation of his new MMA company, YAMMA Pit Fighting[3]. YAMMA is a joint venture between Meyrowitz's company, Rope Partners, and Live Nation.
