Robert Mair

Robert James Mair FREng FICE FRS is a British geotechnologist. He was appointed Professor of Geotechnical Engineering at Cambridge University in 1998, succeeding Andrew Schofield. He was Fellow of St John's College, Cambridge from 1998 to 2001, when he became Master of Jesus College, Cambridge. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 2007.
