Robert Macklin

Robert Macklin is an Australian author and journalist.
Macklin was born in 1941 and began his writing career for the Brisbane Courier Mail, later moving to The Age in Melbourne and then The Canberra Times in Canberra. In 1980 he commenced writing both fiction and non-fiction books. His fiction books include The Queenslander, The Paper Castle and Juryman. His non-fiction work includes The Battle of Brisbane and Kill The Tiger which he co-authored with Peter Thompson.
He currently lives in Canberra.
