Robert Harris (born August 18, 1952) is an artist from Pennsylvania.

Robert Harris currently resides in Bushkill, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He studied under noted artist Paul F. Keene, Jr at Bucks County Community College.
Harris moved to the Poconos in the late seventies to pursue a career in photography. Harris continues to do three dimensional design as well as graphic design including logos and album covers.

In 2008, Harris was selected to participate in the Trout Trails and Tales project sponsored by the Monroe Country Arts Council.[1]
