Robert Hale (doctor)

Robert Hale, (12 February 1702 – 20 March 1767), was a doctor and military officer from Beverly, Massachusetts.
Hale's role in Canadian history involves the siege of Louisbourg and the King George's War. He arrived at Louisbourg in 1745 and was involved as a Colonel of the British Colonial troops from Massachusetts in defending the fort for a period of time against the French siege.
