Robert H. McNeal

Robert H. (Hatch) McNeal, (b. 1930) historian and author. He was chairman of the department of history at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He earned his Ph.D. at Columbia University. The Library of Congress lists 16 titles under his name.
