Robert Guza Jr. (born 1951[citation needed]) is an American television writer and producer, and currently holds the position as Head Writer on the long running soap opera ABC Daytime General Hospital. Guza Jr. is married to actress and former co-head writer Meg Bennett. Guza was on strike from his job as Head Writer of GH since he is a member of the Writers Guild of America. During that time, colleague and friend, Garin Wolf took over the head writing duties.

Guza Jr. has been nominated for eighteen Daytime Emmy Awards- first in 1983; won six times, and six Writers Guild of America Awards and won once. He's also been nominated for a Genie Award.
