Robert Foster Chapman (b. 1926) is a senior (semi-retired) judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He was appointed to that court by U.S. President Ronald Reagan. Before attaining senior status, Chapman served on the court from 1981 to 1991, after which his seat was filled by Karen J. Williams.
