Robert Desiderio born 9 September 1951, in New York he is an American actor best known for his television roles.

He first came to prominence in soap opera, with parts in daytime dramas such as Search for Tomorrow, Ryan's Hope and One Life to Live.

Other TV credits include: The A-Team, Scarecrow and Mrs. King, Remington Steele, The Fall Guy, Family Ties, Knots Landing, Cheers, Murder She Wrote, Picket Fences, The Sopranos, and Ugly Betty.

In 1986, He starred in the ABC Television Series "Heart of the City" which Co-Starred Christina Applegate.
