Robert D. Campbell (May 1, 1808 Bath, Steuben County, New York - July 16, 1870 Bath, Steuben County, New York) was an American politician.
He was the son of Robert Campbell who came from Glasgow, Scotland, to the United States and settled at Bath in 1795. Robert D. Campbell married Frances Fowler, and they had the sons Clarence Campbell, and Frank Campbell, New York State Comptroller 1891-93. Robert D. Campbell served as Lieutenant Governor of New York from 1859 to 1862 under Governor Morgan. He was buried at Grove Cemetery in Bath.
