Robert L. Boss (born October 19, 1983 in Charlevoix, Michigan) is an American football offensive lineman/defensive lineman for the Arena Football League's Chicago Rush. In the 2006 season, he played for the af2's Green Bay Blizzard. Boss graduated from Northern Michigan University.

Boss attended Charlevoix High School in Charlevoix, Michigan, and was a letterman in football, basketball, baseball, and track&field. In football, as a senior, he won All-Conference honors and was named the Team M.V.P. In basketball, he led his team to the Class C semifinals as a junior, and won All-Conference honors as a senior. In baseball, he grabbed All-Conference honors as a senior.

Known simply as "The Boss" to Green Bay Blizzard fans, he acquired a loyal fan base during his rookie season. Fans typically chant "Who's the Boss?" whenever he makes a big play. Some fans have created signs and custom made shirts to support Boss at games.
