Robbie Gennet is known as a piano player, a songwriter, and an entertainer, amongst other things. A prolific writer, Robbie has accumulated a sizeable body of music that tends to defy easy categorization. He has released 7 CDs and 6 cassettes but a majority of his song catalog has yet to go on record.

From the utter insanity of touring with the legendary SAIGON KICK to his own acidpop ROBBIE GENNET BAND; from the clubs and rock festivals with 7MARY3 to the ever-funky vibe of RUDY; and most recently in LA with RABBITHEAD and nationwide with EVERCLEAR and NICK LACHEY Robbie has made a name for himself onstage and off.

In the words of Joe Perry of Aerosmith, "let the music do the talking".
Best Keyboardist in Florida two years in a row in the statewide Jammy Awards and Best Male Vocalist in the local Readers Choice Awards.
The Robbie Gennet Band was voted Best New Band statewide and Best Rock and Roll Band by Readers Choice, and Rudy was voted best Funk/Soul band statewide as well.
He has been writing for major music magazines including Musician, Gig, Guitar Player and Keyboard Magazine, at which he is a contributing editor and a long time columnist.
Robbie has been a contributing writer on the Huffington Post.
Robbie is endorsed by Kawai pianos, Cakewalk software and Moog Keyboards, and has been creating and licensing music to film and television.

Recently, Robbie has played with the bands Fishbone, Wayne Kramer (MC5), and dada. Robbie can also be seen as M.C. G-Nutz rockin the mic and boogieing down and Tickla rockin' rasta.
Robbie was on tour (and TV) playing rhythm guitar and singing with Nick Lachey in support of Lachey's album What's Left of Me. While on tour he has been on Good Morning America, Regis & Kelly, CBS Early Show, TRL, The Tonight Show, Ellen, Jimmy Kimmel, Craig Ferguson, and the Today Show.
