Rob Morrison

Rob Morrison (born 1968) was co-anchor of Today in New York alongside Darlene Rodriguez. He became co-anchor in July 2004 after serving as co anchor of the weekend editions of NewsChannel 4 at 6 and 11 (with Lynda Baquero and later Felicia Taylor) since 2001. He also served as co anchor of Weekend Today in New York from 1999-2001. He joined WNBC-TV in March 1999. He was also a correspondent for MSNBC and NBC News during the war in Iraq in 2003. Morrison also appears occasionally as newsreader on Weekend Today on NBC. His traditional sign-off, at the end of each newscast was "And that's what's happening, Today in New York." In May 2008 he was let go by WNBC in a cost-saving move.
