Robert Hayles (born 21 January 1973 in Portsmouth) is a track cyclist, riding for Great Britain, England and his professional team Team Halfords Bikehut. Hayles is best known for his achievements in the Team pursuit and Madison events.
From 2001 to 2003 Hayles rode for the Cofidis racing team in France.
