Robert Douglas Cosby (born April 2, 1981 in San Juan, Puerto Rico) is a minor league infielder for the Houston Astros, currently assigned to the Corpus Christi Hooks of the Texas League. Cosby was originally drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 10th round, 313th overall, in the 1999 First-Year Player Draft.

After being drafted by the Blue Jays, Cosby was assigned to the Medicine Hat Blue Jays of the rookie-level Pioneer League. He then spent 2000 to 2003 in Single A and 2004, 2005 and 2007 in AA for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. He played in AAA in 2006 for the Syracuse Chiefs.
