Rob Brzezinski

Rob Brzezinski is the current Vice President of Football Operations for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. Brzezinski joined the Vikings in 1999 as Director of Football Administration and was promoted to Vice President of Football Administration in 2001. He was elevated to his current position as Vice President of Football Operations in 2002[1]. "He is considered one of the best in the NFL, consistently keeping the Vikings under the salary cap and proactively negotiating player contracts. He was believed to be among the highest-paid at his position under his last contract"[2].


Prior to joining the Vikings, Brzezinski spent the previous six seasons (1993-1998) with the Miami Dolphins where he advanced to the position of Staff Counsel/Salary Cap. Brzezinski earned degrees from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, a Juris Doctorate in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science in education in 1992. In addition, Brzezinski is a member of the Florida Bar[3].

Brzezinski is married to Leah, who has earned a doctoral degree in education. They have a son, Ki, and daughters, Grace and Anna. The Brzezinski family resides in Edina, and is very active in the community raising money and awareness for adoption-related causes[4].
