[edit] Attorneys Dispute
I've removed the statement that "Attorneys dispute these, pointing out, that they include assumptions that the Road Accident Fund will pay out on the full amount claimed, which it does not, and that these figures have had to be restated in recent years on the downside, and are likely to never materialize to the extent alleged."
I'm not sure who these attorneys are or whether they have any understanding of finance, but I think that if this statement is to be included, then it needs to be sourced properly - is there a statement that has been issued by a group of attorneys, who is this group, when was the statement issued? Otherwise this addition would appear to be original research and to violate Wikipedia's original research policy.

I've also removed the following unsourced statement:
"The Satchwell Commission of Enquiry found, in its final report on the RAF, that the Fund was also poorly managed."
If someone could find the document where this is stated, and perhaps place this statement in its proper context then it should be reinstated but not otherwise.
