Roar Flåthen

Roar Flåthen (born January 15, 1950) is the current leader of the the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions. He became the leader after Gerd-Liv Valla resigned on March 9, 2007 in the aftermath of the Valla scandal.

As a politician he served in the position of deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Buskerud for the Norwegian Labour Party during the term 1985–1989.[1]
