Roade is a village in Northamptonshire, England. It lies on the A508, 1½ miles south of junction 15 of the M1 motorway, 5 miles south of Northampton and 10 miles north of Milton Keynes. The village is in the area of the South Northants District Council where it is in the two-member Blisworth and Roade ward.

The West Coast Main Line railway dating back to 1838 now carrying 125mph electric trains runs through the village in a deep cutting known as Roade cutting which is a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) listed by English Nature (see external link). There was a station at the southern end of the village, at the end of the cutting, until it closed in 1964. A branch, the Northampton loop leaves the main line just north of the village. There was a campaign in the 1990's to have the station reopened for commuter traffic to London. The option to reopen the station for local commuter services to Milton Keynes and Northampton (on the Loop line) remains but there are no current plans to do so.

The local secondary school, Roade School, is the only Sports College in Northamptonshire. The catchment area extends to Grange Park, Blisworth, Stoke Bruerne and several other villages in the area.
