Rylan Mitchell (born 3 May 1990) is an American amateur songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and distance runner. He was a founding member of the jazz fusion band Slow Motion Riders and played the alto saxophone until its disbanding in 2006. He is currently touring locally as a guitarist and vocalist, as well as being the primary songwriter for, the Christian rock band Save Our Souls (SOS). He also provides bass guitar and backing vocals for the indie group Harmonic Motion.
