I’m Joe and I work as a consumer advocate in the auto body shop of a Virginia Beach car dealership. One area of my expertise is in the technical aspects of car repair or maintenance. We use, as just one example, cutting edge diagnostic tools to figure out problems with a car’s on-board computer.

I’m fairly new to Wiki, but I’m looking forward to working on automotive topics such as fuel economy and the development of hybrid cars. These specialties actually go hand in hand, now that hybrid cars are being built that can go eight miles on no fuel – and just an hour’s worth of charging in a household outlet.
