RJK (cable system)

RJK or Russia-Japan-Korea is a submarine telecommunications cable system linking the three named countries bordering the Sea of Japan. It began operation in 1995.

It has landing points in:

• Pusan, Korea
• Naoetsu, Japan
• Nakhodka, Russia

it has a transmission capacity of 1.12 Gbit/s, and a total cable length of 1,715 km
