[edit] Recruitment Process Insourcing (RPI)

Recruitment Process Insourcing (RPI) is a diversion from contemporary Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, a subset of Business Process Outsourcing. RPI differs from RPO in its more intimate delivery, focusing on absorbing the client company's current state, culture, and alignment with special attention paid to the needs and demands of the 4 Generation candidate marketplace and its unique recruitment, retention and talent development challenges.

Key Differentiators of RPI:

1. Its delivery of services is onsite

2. Recruitment campaigns should be branded in collaboration with the client's HR operations

3. Retainer/Fulfillment fee structure

4. Scalable to Demand

5. Addresses key stages of Organizational Maturity Model

6. Cost effective, faster and higher rate of retention than Contingency Search

7. Process maturity and execution cuts across company functions and industry disciplines
