Riyad Naasan Agha

Riyad Naasan Agha (Arabic: رياض نعسان اغا) (born 1947) is the current minister of culture of Syria. He worked as Syria's ambassador to Oman and the United Arab Emirates. He has a PhD. in philosophy.
