Nobody's ever heard of the POROROCA? I suggest you guys read the pororoca article and then include the "fourth" way of river surfing into this article.

It's in there. It's a tidal bore. It's the local name for the Amazonian bore and I've included a great link to a photo essay on surfing it. Also, please sign your talk page posts. Shawn in Montreal 15:19, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
I think the first sentence isn't right, in the wikilinkslinks in the german wiki about riverurfing, it's said that river surfing was made at river Isar since 1972 and even championships where held in munich 1975. -- Charly Steinbeisser 07:38, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
