Rivervale Crest is a private housing estate in Rivervale, Singapore.

It is located between Rivervale Mall and the Saint Anne's Wood private housing estate mainly consisting of terrace and semi-detached houses. Construction for this condominium in Sengkang New Town commenced in the late 1990s with residents starting to call it home in 2002.

Rumbia LRT Station serves its residents well, connecting them along a two-minute ride to Compass Point Shopping Centre where the Sengkang MRT station further connects its commuters islandwide. From there, a commuter will be able to reach to Orchard Road in 30 minutes.

This condominium project as well as the mall next door was constructed by the NTUC builders but has since been managed by CapitaLand, a subsidiary of the Singapore Government's investment arm, Temasek Holdings.
