Riverside Company

The Riverside Company is a private equity firm investing in companies deemed to be at the smaller end of the middle market based on enterprise value. Riverside's portfolio currently includes over 60 companies, with combined annual revenue of over $3.0 billion, EBITDA of over $450 million and more than 11,000 employees.
Founded in 1988, Riverside has a presence in both the United States, Europe and Asia with offices located in New York, Cleveland, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Budapest, Prague, Warsaw, Munich, Brussels, Madrid and Tokyo.
